The legacy of Dr. Louis I. Grossman, who is often called the Visionary Father of Modern Endodontics, has been perpetuated once again in the 13th edition of his seminal text. Supported by a “star-studded” cast of 67 contributors from 18 countries spanning the globe, this text is an acknowledgment to the vision that Dr. Grossman had for the specialty of endodontics, or in his time as it was called root canal therapy, the title of his first edition published in 1940.
